Last Updated: September 2, 2026

Welcome to The Home Bakery Business Blueprint. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of The Home Bakery Business Blueprint website, course platform, digital content, downloadable materials, educational resources, and related services.

By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing The Home Bakery Business Blueprint, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the Services.

For purposes of these Terms, “The Home Bakery Business Blueprint,” “Blueprint,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the owner and operator of The Home Bakery Business Blueprint.

1. Educational Purposes Only

The Home Bakery Business Blueprint provides educational information relating to starting, operating, marketing, and growing a home bakery or cottage food business.

All information provided through the website, course, lessons, 50-State Cottage Food Handbook, worksheets, checklists, calculators, downloads, emails, and other materials is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided through The Home Bakery Business Blueprint constitutes legal, accounting, tax, financial, insurance, food safety, health, or other licensed professional advice.

You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals when necessary for your individual business and circumstances.

2. Cottage Food Laws and Regulations

Cottage food laws and regulations vary significantly by state, county, city, and other local jurisdiction. These laws may include restrictions involving permitted foods, prohibited foods, labeling, licensing, registration, inspections, revenue limits, shipping, sales locations, zoning, taxes, and other business requirements.

The Home Bakery Business Blueprint includes educational information intended to help users better understand these requirements, including information contained within the 50-State Cottage Food Handbook.

Laws and regulations may change at any time.

While reasonable efforts may be made to provide accurate and useful information, we do not guarantee that legal or regulatory information is complete, current, error-free, or applicable to your specific location or circumstances.

You are responsible for confirming applicable requirements directly with your state, county, city, health department, licensing authority, tax authority, attorney, accountant, or other appropriate professional or government agency.

The Home Bakery Business Blueprint is not responsible for fines, penalties, citations, denied permits, licensing problems, business closures, tax liabilities, food safety violations, regulatory actions, or other consequences resulting from your failure to comply with applicable laws.

3. No Guarantee of Earnings or Business Results

Purchasing or completing The Home Bakery Business Blueprint does not guarantee that you will earn money, become profitable, increase your sales, gain customers, grow your social media following, obtain retail placement, transition into commercial baking, or achieve any specific business result.

Examples of revenue, sales, growth, customer demand, business results, case studies, testimonials, founder experiences, or other outcomes are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only.

Past results are not a guarantee of future results.

Your results will depend on numerous factors, including your products, pricing, expenses, location, customer demand, skill level, marketing, competition, business decisions, applicable regulations, consistency, execution, and other factors outside our control.

You remain solely responsible for your own business decisions and results.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at homebakerybusinessblueprint@gmail.com so we can investigate the issue.

Customers should not initiate fraudulent chargebacks for purchases they knowingly authorized and subsequently accessed.

When responding to a payment dispute, we may provide the applicable financial institution or payment processor with records relating to the transaction, including purchase information, acceptance of policies, account activity, login information, and course-access records where appropriate.

Nothing in this provision restricts legitimate rights provided to consumers by applicable law or their payment provider.

They are not guarantees that another person will obtain identical or similar results.

14. Website and Platform Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of our website and course platform.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, internet failures, third-party providers, security incidents, software updates, or circumstances outside our control.

A temporary technical interruption does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

If a significant technical issue caused by us prevents course access for an extended period, we may provide additional access time when appropriate.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

The course may provide links or references to government websites, business tools, payment processors, software providers, vendors, social media platforms, or other third-party resources.

We do not own or control those third parties and are not responsible for their pricing, accuracy, availability, products, security, policies, terms, or services.
